Very Nice Stanley No. 94 Extra‑Long 4‑Foot, 4‑Fold RuleFully Brass Bound • Early Character • Owner‑Stamped “9/7/03”A very nice Stanley No. 94 Extra‑Long 4‑Foot, 4‑Fold Rule, fully brass bound and carrying that classic, substantial feel that makes the No. 94 one of Stanley’s most desirable long rules. Clean, straight, and well preserved, it’s an appealing example of a model produced from 1879 to 1943.Inside the rule is a previous owner’s name and a clearly stamped date of 9/7/03. Far from detracting, this kind of early, period‑correct marking adds charm, authenticity, and a touch of provenance—especially with a 1903 date, which places this rule squarely in its early production era.The brass is warm and honest, the wood shows only light handling wear, and the overall presentation is exactly what collectors look for in a well‑kept working rule with personality.
