Very Early Type 2 Stanley No. 113 Circular PlaneProper Marked Iron • Early Adjustable‑Sole Design • Scarce Early TypeA very early Type 2 Stanley No. 113 Circular Plane, complete with the proper marked iron, and showing the classic early features that make these first‑generation 113s so desirable. Type 2 examples represent the earliest refinements of Stanley’s adjustable‑sole circular plane—still retaining the distinctive early hardware and form before later production changes. The adjustment mechanism operates smoothly, and the sole flexes cleanly to follow concave or convex curves. Early types with their correct irons are increasingly hard to find, especially in this condition
