A superb complex molding plane by Mosley, cutting a bold quirk ovolo with bead, and measuring a full 2 1/2″ wide—a large, impressive profile in every sense. The plane is double boxed, the boxwood clean and tight, giving the profile crisp definition and the durability Mosley’s London shop was known for. The body has that rich, even patina of a well‑kept 19th‑century plane, and the iron is properly fitted to the complex profile.
