Stanley Sweetheart No. 78 Duplex Rabbet & Filletster Plane — Complete
A Stanley Sweetheart No. 78 Duplex Rabbet & Filletster Plane, fully complete and in clean, ready‑to‑use condition. The Sweetheart era is the most desirable period for the 78, known for excellent machining, tight tolerances, and high‑quality cutters.
This example has everything present: the proper SW‑marked cutter, depth stop, spur, and fence, with crisp japanning and strong early surfaces. The plane presents beautifully and is ready for either the bench or a collector’s shelf.
A solid, complete Sweetheart 78—clean, correct, and always in demand.
