Nice Union Tool Company No. 2C Corrugated Bottom Plane.
Hard to Find • Proper Marked Union Iron • Tight Hairline in Tote Front Knob may have been refinished or a proper replacement A nice and increasingly hard‑to‑find Union Tool Company No. 2C corrugated bottom bench plane, complete with the properly marked Union Tool Company iron. Union No. 2‑size planes are scarce to begin with, and the corrugated version is even tougher to locate—making this a standout example for collectors of early Union tools. The plane is clean and well‑proportioned, with crisp casting lines and a smooth corrugated sole. The tote shows a very tight hairline on one side, but remains solid and fully functional. Overall, it’s a strong, honest example of a rare small‑size Union plane.Always free shipping from Michael Rouillard Tools.
