A very appealing Leonard Bailey Victor No. 5 Jack Plane
An honest barn‑find example with the kind of deep, untouched patina collectors appreciate. This one has never been over‑cleaned or polished—just preserved exactly as it surfaced.
The iron and cap iron are proper Victor pieces, showing some pitting but fully appropriate for a plane of this age. The casting and hardware remain sound, making it a solid candidate for either careful restoration or display as‑is.
An authentic, character‑rich example of Bailey’s Victor line, carrying all the charm of a true survivor.
