A minty Stanley No. 45 Combination Plane, complete and housed in a beautifully made Sweet user‑made box—a far nicer presentation than the typical worn factory tin and a perfect fit for a clean, ready‑to‑use 45.
The plane itself is crisp and bright, with clean nickel, sharp edges, and all parts present: cutters, rods, stops, fence, and all the small hardware that so often goes missing. It has clearly seen little use, and the overall condition is exactly what collectors and users hope for in a No. 45.
The custom box is exceptionally well made, sturdy, and thoughtfully laid out, giving the plane a far more refined home than the original ever did.
A standout, complete, minty 45—elevated even further by its Sweet user‑made box.
