Great Worker Stanley No. 40 Scrub Plane — 100% Complete
Workshop Find • Nice Long Stanley Iron**
A solid, honest Stanley No. 40 Scrub Plane, fresh from a workshop and 100% complete. This is the classic rough‑stock remover—simple, rugged, and built to take big bites, and this example has all the proper Stanley components intact.
It retains a nice long Stanley iron, perfect for continued use, with plenty of life left for years of heavy stock‑removal work. The plane shows the expected patina of a tool that lived in a working shop, and yes—it even comes with the workshop dust, just as found.
A great worker‑grade No. 40 for the bench, ready to clean up and put straight back into service.
