A great early all‑iron ram’s horn handle spokeshave, an extra‑heavy example with outstanding form and presence. The casting has that early, sculptural look these shaves are known for, and the ram’s horn handles have a strong, well‑balanced feel in the hand. The iron has a penny under the tightening screw so it stays tight — an old user’s trick that works perfectly and keeps everything secure. The shave is solid, undisturbed, and has the right early look throughout.
