Extra Nice Stanley No. 15½ Tail‑Handled Block Plane — Early Version with Bailey’s Patent
An extra‑nice example of the Stanley No. 15½ tail‑handled block plane, the larger and far less common sibling to the standard 15. This is the early version, carrying Bailey’s patent detail on the iron—a detail that makes it especially desirable to collectors of early Stanley block‑plane development.
A strong, early example of a scarce tail‑handled Stanley block plane.
