Extra Nice Sargent No. 600 BR Takedown Square — In Original Case
An extra nice Sargent No. 600 BR takedown square, complete and clean in its original fitted case. The 600 BR is one of Sargent’s most appealing precision tools, with the takedown feature allowing the square to be broken down and stored compactly while maintaining excellent accuracy when assembled.
This example shows crisp surfaces, tight hardware, and smooth action, with the takedown mechanism working exactly as it should. The original case adds strong collector appeal and is a major plus, as many have been separated from their squares over time.
A fine, well‑preserved example of a scarce Sargent takedown square—ideal for collectors of precision tools and early Sargent specialties.
