Extra Crisp Moving Fillister Plane
Fully Boxed • With Nicker & Depth Stop • Marked Moseley & Son
An extra crisp and beautifully preserved moving fillister plane, fully boxed and marked Moseley & Son, one of London’s most respected 19th‑century makers. This example is exceptionally clean, with sharp lines, tight boxing, and that dry, untouched surface collectors love.
The plane retains its original nicker and depth stop, both in excellent working order—features that are often missing or replaced on lesser examples. The boxing is clean and tight, giving the plane long‑term durability and crisp cutting performance.
A standout Moseley & Son fillister in unusually fine condition, perfect for the collector or the hand‑tool woodworker who wants a premium, ready‑to‑work example.
