Early Untouched Brass Plumb Bob
Grooved Acorn Form • Knurled Twist‑Off Cap • 3″ Overall • True Barn Find**
A wonderful early brass plumb bob in a classic grooved acorn shape, completely untouched and carrying its original dry barn‑find surface. The form is elegant and well‑turned, with deep grooves that give it great visual character.
It features a knurled cap that twists off, a desirable early detail showing careful hand‑work rather than later machine knurling. At 3″ overall, it’s a compact, beautifully made example with excellent proportions.
A charming, honest early plumb bob—untouched, well‑shaped, and full of authentic patina.
