Set of 3 Unused Auriou Rifflers in Original Case • Hand‑Stitched in France
A pristine set of three unused Auriou rifflers, all housed in their original fitted case. These are classic hand‑stitched French rasps—crisp, sharp, and untouched—representing the level of control and surface quality that only Auriou’s stitchers can produce. Each tool is perfectly suited for sculptural shaping, fine detailing, and tight interior curves.
This set includes three distinct profiles:
- Half‑Round / Triangular Riffler — 8″ • Grain 12 A versatile double‑ended form ideal for refining transitions, chamfers, and tight inside corners. The half‑round side gives smooth, predictable cutting on curves, while the triangular end excels at crisp definition.
- Knife / Spoon Riffler — 6″ • Grain 14 A finer‑cutting, highly precise riffler perfect for delicate shaping. The knife profile reaches into narrow spaces with authority, while the spoon end handles subtle concave work with exceptional control.
- Rhombus / Brush Riffler — 8″ • Grain 12 A more aggressive shaping tool with two unique ends: the rhombus profile for controlled removal in confined areas, and the brush form for smoothing and blending sculpted surfaces.
All three rifflers are unused, with stitching sharp and clean, and the original case in excellent condition. Sets like this—unused, complete, and in their original presentation—are increasingly difficult to find.
